Delicious served plain as a side dish or topped with a favorite tomato sauce.

cornmeal 0.50 cup
salt 0.50 tsp
grated Parmesan cheese 0.25 cup

Combine the broth and cornmeal in a medium saucepan.


Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.


Reduce the heat and simmer over low heat until thickened but creamy, about 12 to 15 minutes.


Stir often to prevent sticking.


Taste and add salt; if desired.


Remove from the heat. Sprinkle with cheese.
