| salsa, mild or hot | 0.25 cup |
| medium garlic clove, minced | 1 |
| carrot, shredded | 0.50 cup |

Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse and drain.
2:Dice tomatoes, chop peppers and red onion.
3:Thaw corn; cook in microwave for about 2 minutes.
4:Place pasta in a large bowl; add all other ingredients and mix to blend.
5:Chill for 1 hour before serving.
