unsweetened applesauce 0.50 cup
whole-wheat flour 1.50 cup
cornmeal 0.67 cup

Beat together the egg substitute, Splenda, milk, and applesauce; set aside.

In a separate bowl, sift and combine flour, cornmeal, and baking powder.

Stir into egg mixture using as few strokes as possible.

Spray an 8 x 8-inch baking pan with nonstick cooking spray.

Bake at 400°F for 25–30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the middle comes out clean.
