A delicious side-dish that really fills you up. This tastes great with fish or chicken.

| shredded cabbage | 2 cups |
| shredded carrots | 2 cups |
| chopped green bell pepper | 1 |
| chopped red bell pepper | 1 |
| chopped red onion | 0.50 |
| dry whole-wheat spaghetti | 2 oz |
| lemon juice | 1 Tbsp |
| balsamic vinegar (or red wine) | 2 Tbsp |
| salt | 0.50 tsp |
| oregano | 0.50 tsp |
| olive oil | 1 Tbsp |
| chopped garlic | 0.50 tsp |
| pepper (to taste) | 1 dash |
Mix together carrots, cabbage, peppers, and onions in large mixing bowl. Set aside. Add pasta to boiling water for 10 minutes. While cooking, mix together lemon juice, vinegar, salt, orgegano, olive oil, garlic, and pepper in a small bowl.
2:When pasta is cooked, add warm to vegetables and mix in dressing. Serve warm or chilled.
