Steak Fajitas

These sizzling steak fajitas will make you think you're in Mexico!

olive oil 0.50 Tbsp
lime juice 2 Tbsp
chopped red pepper 1 Tbsp
cloves garlic, chopped 4
lb lean skirt steak, thinly sliced 0.75

Combine 1/2 Tbsp oil with lime juice, red pepper, and garlic; mix well. Add steak to marinade, and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight.


With a slotted spoon, remove steak from marinade.


In a small pan, heat the marinade.


Cook steak in a large sauté pan over high heat for 2 minutes. Add onion and green pepper; cook for 2 minutes more. Add heated marinade.


Place steak mixture in tortillas. Serve with sour cream, refried beans, and salsa.
