Strawberry Slush

Strawberry slush is a great afternoon refresher. Fresh strawberries are best, but you can also use unsweetened frozen berries, if necessary.

| lime Juice | 2 Tbsp |
| granulated sugar | 1 Tbsp |
| club soda | 0.25 cup |
| ice cubes | 1 cup |

Reserve the 3 strawberrie for garnish. Puree the remaining strawberries in a food processor or blender.
2:Add the remaining ingredients. Blend well until smooth and foamy.
3:Garnish each serving with a fresh strawberry.
