sugar 0.66 cup
unsweetened cocoa 0.50 cup
butter, melted 0.25 cup
water 2 Tbsp
vanilla extract 1 tsp
baking powder 0.50 tsp
egg substitute 0.33 cup
fat-free hot fudge sauce 0.25 cup

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Coat an 8-inch square baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.


In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the fudge sauce; mix well, then spread half the batter in the baking dish. Top with the hot fudge sauce, then spread the remaining batter over the sauce.


Bake for 25 - 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool completely, then cut into squares and serve.
