Crab Pasta Salad

light mayonnaise 0.25 cup
lemon juice 1 Tbsp
fresh Tarragon, chopped 2 Tbsp
salt 0.25 tsp
pepper, ground black 1 dash
uncooked medium pasta shells 1
shredded imitation crabmeat 1
green bell pepper, diced 1 med.
red bell pepper, diced 1 med.
carrots, diced 1 large

In a small bowl, whisk together dressing ingredients. Set aside.


Cook pasta according to package directions, omitting salt. Drain and rinse under cold water until cooled.


In a large bowl, toss together cooled pasta with remaining salad ingredients. Drizzle dressing over salad and toss well.
