cooking spray 1 spray
perch filets 4 ea 4
15 oz can crushed tomatoes 1 can
garlic clove, minced 2 ea
chili powder 2 tsp
cumin 0.50 tsp
dried oregano 1 tsp
salt, dash (optional) 0.50 tsp

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.


Coat a shallow baking dish with cooking spray. Arrange perch filets in bottom of dish.


In a small bowl, mix remaining ingredients and pour over fish filets. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
