Cucumber Onion Salad

Dill has a distinctive flavor that may be too strong for some people. If you don't care for dill, just leave it out.

plain, fat-free yogurt 0.50 cup
light sour cream 0.25 cup
minced fresh dill 1 Tbsp
garlic salt 0.50 tsp
white wine vinegar 1.50 Tbsp
ground black pepper 0.25 tsp
packet sugar substitue 1 ea
large cucumbers, peeled and thinly sliced 2 ea
medium onion, thinly sliced 1 ea

In a medium bowl, whisk together all ingredients except cucumber and onion.


Add cucumber and onion and toss to coat well. Serve chilled.
