water 0.60 cup
cumin 1 tsp
chili powder 1 Tbsp
cayenne pepper 0.25 tsp
onion salt 1 tsp
6-inch flour or corn tortillas 8 ea
shredded, reduced-fat cheddar cheese 0.50 cup
shredded lettuce 1 cup
large tomato, diced 1 ea
Hot pepper sauce (optional) 1 ea

Brown beef in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked and no longer pink. Drain fat.

Add water, cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and onion salt and simmer 2-4 minutes.

Warm tortillas. Fill each tortilla with 1/4 cup taco meat, 2 tablespoons cheese, lettuce, tomato, and hot pepper sauce.
