| cumin | 1 tsp |
| chili powder | 1 Tbsp |
| cayenne pepper | 0.25 tsp |
| onion salt | 1 tsp |
| 6-inch flour or corn tortillas | 8 ea |
| shredded, reduced-fat cheddar cheese | 0.50 cup |
| shredded lettuce | 1 cup |
| large tomato, diced | 1 ea |
| Hot pepper sauce (optional) | 1 ea |
Brown beef in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until thoroughly cooked and no longer pink. Drain fat.
2:Add water, cumin, chili powder, cayenne pepper, and onion salt and simmer 2-4 minutes.
3:Warm tortillas. Fill each tortilla with 1/4 cup taco meat, 2 tablespoons cheese, lettuce, tomato, and hot pepper sauce.
