Tuna Steaks with Balsamic Glaze

cooking spray 1 ea
5-ounce tuna steaks 4 ea
salt 0.50 tsp
ground black pepper 0.25 tsp
balsamic vinegar 0.75 cup
honey 1 Tbsp
scallions, sliced diagonally 2 ea

Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Season each side of tuna steaks with salt and pepper. Placetuna steaks in pan and cook over mediumhigh heat for about 3–4 minutes on each side. Remove from heat.


In a small saucepan, combine balsamic vinegar and honey over medium heat. Bring to a low boil and cook until liquid is reduced by half (about 10 minutes). Stir frequently.


Spoon balsamic mixture over tuna steaks and top with scallions.
