Marinated Flank Steak

limes, juiced (about 1/2 cup lime juice) 4 bag
whole cilantro leaves 0.50 cup
garlic cloves 2 ea
flank steak, cut into 4 4-ounce steaks 1
salt 0.50 tsp
ground black pepper 0.50 tsp

Prepare an indoor or outdoor grill.


Combine lime juice, cilantro, and garlic in a large bowl. Add steaks and marinate for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.


Remove steaks from marinade. Season meat on both sides with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side.


Slice thinly against the grain to serve.
