|limes, juiced (about 1/2 cup lime juice)||4 bag|
|whole cilantro leaves||0.50 cup|
|garlic cloves||2 ea|
|flank steak, cut into 4 4-ounce steaks||1|
|ground black pepper||0.50 tsp|
Prepare an indoor or outdoor grill.2:
Combine lime juice, cilantro, and garlic in a large bowl. Add steaks and marinate for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.3:
Remove steaks from marinade. Season meat on both sides with salt and pepper. Grill over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes on each side.4:
Slice thinly against the grain to serve.
