Apple Crisp Parfait

Serving Size: 1/2 cup apples and 1/4 cup topping
This version of apple crisp takes on a new appearance with a light, flavorful topping.

| old fashioned cooking oats | 0.33 cup |
| Tbsps brown sugar or the equivalent in artificial sweetener | 3 |
| Tbsps water | 2 |
| cinnamon | 1 tsp |
| fat-free vanilla yogurt, sweetened with artificial sweetener | 4 oz |
| cinnamon | 0.25 tsp |
| ground nutmeg | 0.13 tsp |
| fat-free whipped topping | 0.75 cup |
Mix apples, oats, brown sugar, water and cinnamon.
2:Pour apple mixture in a 1-quart microwave-safe bowl.
3:Cover with wax paper and microwave on high for 5 to 7 minutes, rotating 1/4 turn halfway through cooking time.
4:Depending on thickness of fruit, cooking time may be longer.
