Arugula and Watercrass Salad

Tbsps sherry vinegar 3
Dijon mustard 1 Tbsp
grated orange peel 2 tsp
Fresh ground pepper and salt to taste
arugula, washed and torn 4 cups
watercress, washed and torn 2 cups
red onion, sliced into thin rings 1
halved cherry tomatoes 0.50 cup
Tbsps roasted sesame seeds 2

Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl.Whisk until blended.


In a salad bowl, toss all ingredients for the salad.Add dressing and toss well.


Top each individual salad plate with toasted sesame seeds.
