A great-tasting salad with a bite!
|Tbsps olive oil||2|
|Tbsps sherry vinegar||3|
|Dijon mustard||1 Tbsp|
|grated orange peel||2 tsp|
|Fresh ground pepper and salt to taste|
|arugula, washed and torn||4 cups|
|watercress, washed and torn||2 cups|
|red onion, sliced into thin rings||1|
|halved cherry tomatoes||0.50 cup|
|Tbsps roasted sesame seeds||2|
Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl.Whisk until blended.2:
In a salad bowl, toss all ingredients for the salad.Add dressing and toss well.3:
Top each individual salad plate with toasted sesame seeds.
