Asparagus with Dijon Sauce

Here's an easy way to serve asparagus that celebrates the advent of spring.

cuplow-fat, low-sodium chicken broth 0.50
Dijon mustard 1 Tbsp

Break the woody ends off the asparagus; place the asparagus spears in a skillet.


Pour on the broth; cover and steam over medium heat until crisp-tender, about 4 minutes.


Remove the asparagus to a warm serving plate; keep warm.


Add the mustard to the skillet; increase the heat to high and bring to a boil, stirring constantly, pour the sauce over the asparagus.
