| burgundy cooking wine | 0.75 cup |

Slice beef very thinly. Sauté meat, garlic, and thyme in hot oil for 3 minutes.
2:Add mushrooms and cook 1 minute. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, and wine.
3:Cook uncovered over medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4:Garnish with chopped parsley, if desired.
