|fat-free beef broth||1 cup|
|dried onion||1 Tbsp|
|chopped garlic||1 tsp|
|salt (optional)||0.25 tsp|
|ground black pepper||0.13 tsp|
|fat-free sour cream||0.50 cup|
Brown meat and mushrooms in a skillet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.2:
Combine flour with broth in a covered container and shake well to prevent lumps.3:
Add to skillet along with onion, garlic and seasonings.4:
Cook, stirring until thickened and meat is cooked. Add sour cream. Heat but do not boil.5:
Serve over noodles or rice.
