Beef Stroganoff

| sliced mushrooms | 1.50 cups |
| unbleached all-purpose flour | 2 Tbsp |
| fat-free beef broth | 1 cup |

| chopped garlic | 1 tsp |
| salt (optional) | 0.25 tsp |
| ground black pepper | 0.13 tsp |
| fat-free sour cream | 0.50 cup |
Brown meat and mushrooms in a skillet that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
2:Combine flour with broth in a covered container and shake well to prevent lumps.
3:Add to skillet along with onion, garlic and seasonings.
4:Cook, stirring until thickened and meat is cooked. Add sour cream. Heat but do not boil.
5:Serve over noodles or rice.
