Broccoli with Lemon Sauce

Fresh broccoli only needs a little enhancement. To vary this recipe, add 1/2 tsp marjoram and 1/2 tsp dried basil to the lemon-butter mixture.

|reduced-fat margarine||2 Tbsp|
|lemon juice||2 Tbsp|
|lemon, cut into wedges||1 large|
Place broccoli into a vegetable steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until broccoli is just tender.2:
In a small skillet, melt margarine, then add lemon juice. Drizzle lemon butter over broccoli, and serve with lemon wedges.
