Broccoli with Lemon Sauce

Serving Size: 1/2 cup
Fresh broccoli only needs a little enhancement. To vary this recipe, add 1/2 tsp marjoram and 1/2 tsp dried basil to the lemon-butter mixture.

| reduced-fat margarine | 2 Tbsp |
| lemon juice | 2 Tbsp |
| lemon, cut into wedges | 1 large |
Place broccoli into a vegetable steamer basket over boiling water. Cover and simmer for 8 to 10 minutes until broccoli is just tender.
2:In a small skillet, melt margarine, then add lemon juice. Drizzle lemon butter over broccoli, and serve with lemon wedges.
