Broiled Sole with Mustard Sauce

This delicious sauce keeps fish moist. Try it over cooked broccoli or string beans, too.

| low-fat mayonnaise | 3 Tbsp |
| Dijon mustard | 2 Tbsp |
| chopped parsley | 1 Tbsp |
| Fresh ground pepper | |
| lemon, cut into wedges | 1 large |
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, and pepper and mix thoroughly.
2:Spread the mixture evenly over the fillets. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 4 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
3:Arrange fillets on a serving platter, garnish with lemon wedges, and serve.
