Broiled Sole with Mustard Sauce

|low-fat mayonnaise||3 Tbsp|
|Dijon mustard||2 Tbsp|
|chopped parsley||1 Tbsp|
|Fresh ground pepper|
|lemon, cut into wedges||1 large|
In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, mustard, parsley, and pepper and mix thoroughly.2:
Spread the mixture evenly over the fillets. Broil 3 to 4 inches from the heat for 4 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.3:
Arrange fillets on a serving platter, garnish with lemon wedges, and serve.
