Cheesy Tortilla Wedges

Serving Size: 3 wedges and 1 tbsp of guacamole

These wedges are like nachos, except they are much lower in fat and calories!

each corn (blue or yellow) tortillas 6
olive oil 1 Tbsp
low-fat cheddar cheese 1 cup
reduced-fat, shredded Monterey Jack cheese 1 cup
green chiles 0.50 cup
pitted black olives 0.50 cup
guacamole 12 Tbsp

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spread both sides of tortilla with olive oil. Place on cookie sheet and bake 3 minutes or until lightly browned.

2:

Turn tortillas over; top with the two cheesed, chiles, and olives, spreading to the edge. Bake an additional 3 minutes or until cheese melts.

3:

Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges and arrange on a platter. Top with guacamole and serve.
