Cheesy Tortilla Wedges

Serving Size: 3 wedges and 1 tbsp of guacamole
These wedges are like nachos, except they are much lower in fat and calories!

| each corn (blue or yellow) tortillas | 6 |
| olive oil | 1 Tbsp |
| low-fat cheddar cheese | 1 cup |
| reduced-fat, shredded Monterey Jack cheese | 1 cup |
| green chiles | 0.50 cup |
| pitted black olives | 0.50 cup |
| guacamole | 12 Tbsp |
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spread both sides of tortilla with olive oil. Place on cookie sheet and bake 3 minutes or until lightly browned.
2:Turn tortillas over; top with the two cheesed, chiles, and olives, spreading to the edge. Bake an additional 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
3:Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges and arrange on a platter. Top with guacamole and serve.
