Cheesy Tortilla Wedges
Number of Servings: 12
Serving Size: 3 wedges and 1 tbsp of guacamole
These wedges are like nachos, except they are much lower in fat and calories!
|each corn (blue or yellow) tortillas||6|
|olive oil||1 Tbsp|
|low-fat cheddar cheese||1 cup|
|reduced-fat, shredded Monterey Jack cheese||1 cup|
|green chiles||0.50 cup|
|pitted black olives||0.50 cup|
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spread both sides of tortilla with olive oil. Place on cookie sheet and bake 3 minutes or until lightly browned.2:
Turn tortillas over; top with the two cheesed, chiles, and olives, spreading to the edge. Bake an additional 3 minutes or until cheese melts.3:
Cut each tortilla into 6 wedges and arrange on a platter. Top with guacamole and serve.
