Chicken Satay

A satay is a spicy Indian kabob and is a great, filling meal.

| corn oil | 1 Tbsp |
| lime juice | 3 Tbsp |
| garlic cloves | 3 |
| red chili, minced | 1 |
| honey | 1 Tbsp |
| ground coriander seeds | 1 tsp |
| lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed into 1-inch pieces | 1.50 |
In a blender, combine all ingredients for the satay sauce.
2:Place the chicken cubes in a bowl, cover with the sauce, and marinate in a refrigerator for 4 hours.
3:Prepare an outside grill with an oiled rack set 4 inches above the heat source. On a gas grill, set the heat to high.
4:If using wooden kabob skewers, soak 6 of them in warm water for 15 minutes. This prevents the skewers from catching on fire while the kabobs cook.
5:Then thread the chicken cubes on the skewers.
6:Grill the satays for about 4-5 minutes total, until the chicken is cooked through.
