Chunky Greek-Style Salad with Tuna

Here’s a salad with lots of crunch--and lots of flavor.

| red wine vinegar | 0.50 Tbsp |
| dried thyme leaves | 0.50 tsp |
| dried basil leaves | 0.50 tsp |
| crumbled reduced-fat feta cheese | 0.50 cup |
| mixed salad greens | 6 cups |
| oil-cured pitted Greek olives, seeded and chopped | 5 |
| cucumber, peeled and cubed | 1 small |
| sliced green onion | 2 Tbsp |
| medium tomato, cubed | 1 |
| 6-oz can water-packed albacore tuna, well drained | 1 |
| seasoned croutons | 1 cup |
In a large bowl, combine oil, vinegar, thyme, and basil.Stir to mix well.
2:Stir in the cheese.Add the greens, olives, cucumber, onion, and tomato. Toss to coat with dressing.
3:Add the tuna and croutons; toss.Serve immediately.
