Citrus Salad

This unusual salad is great with Mexican food. The addition of fruit gives this salad an interesting and refreshing taste.

| qt of greens (12 oz) | 1.50 |
| red onion, sliced thin (1 1/4 cups) | 1 |
| Tbsps cider vinegar | 2 |
| lime juice | 1 Tbsp |
| canola oil | 1 Tbsp |
| water | 1 Tbsp |
| ground black pepper | 0.25 tsp |
| ground cumin | 0.25 tsp |
| salt (optional) | 0.13 tsp |
Cut fruit in bite-size pieces. Toss with lettuce and onion.
2:Mix remaining ingredients for dressing. Drizzle over salad and toss just before serving.
