Combine the broth and cornmeal in a medium saucepan.
2:Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
3:Reduce the heat and simmer over low heat until thickened but creamy, about 12 to 15 minutes.
4:Stir often to prevent sticking.
5:Taste and add salt; if desired.
6:Remove from the heat. Sprinkle with cheese.
