Crispy Salmon with Lemon Dill Sauce

| low-fat plain yogurt | 8 oz |
| snipped dill | 0.50 cup |
| lemons, juiced (divided use) | 2 |
| egg whites | 3 |
| cornstarch | 2 tsp |
| bread crumbs | 1 cup |
| lemons, zested | 2 |
| salt | 0.50 tsp |
| lb salmon fillet, skin removed, cut into 6 pieces | 1 |
Mix yogurt, dill and juice of 1 lemon juice together in small bowl.Set aside.
2:Mix juice of 1 lemon, egg whites and cornstarch in another shallow bowl.
3:Mix bread crumbs, lemon zest and salt in a third bowl.
4:Dip salmon in egg white mixture, then in bread crumbs. Set aside on large dinner plate until all pieces are coated.
5:Place canola oil in non-stick sauté pan. Heat pan and slowly add salmon. Brown on all sides and serve with lemon dill sauce.
