Curried Shrimp Tea Sandwiches

| small cooked shrimp | 1.50 cups |
| diced celery | 0.50 cup |
| unpeeled apple, chopped | 1 small |
| golden raisins | 2 Tbsp |
| finely minced sweet onion | 2 Tbsp |
| nonfat mayonnaise | 0.50 cup |
| lemon juice | 1 tsp |
| honey | 0.50 tsp |
| curry powder | 0.50 tsp |
| Salt and pepper to taste | |
| dill, chopped | 1 Tbsp |

Place thethree slices of bread on a work surface.
2:Combine the shrimp, celery, apple, raisins, and onion and mix well.
3:In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, honey, curry powder, salt, and pepper.
4:Add this mixture and the dill to the shrimp and mix well.
5:Spread the curry shrimp mixture onto all the bread slices.
6:With a serrated knife, cut each bread slice into 4 squares or triangles.
