(15 oz) can white beans, drained (chickpeas or cannelini beans are good) 1
fat-free mayonnaise 2 Tbsp
grated Parmesan cheese 2 Tbsp
fresh lemon juice 1 Tbsp
minced parsley 1 Tbsp
minced prosciutto 1 Tbsp
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth but thick.
