tomato, peeled and diced 0.50 cup
medium red pepper 0.50
medium green pepper 0.50
medium yellow pepper 0.50
medium red onion 0.50
corn, frozen 0.50 cup
salsa, mild or hot 0.25 cup
medium garlic clove, minced 1
carrot, shredded 0.50 cup
cilantro, chopped 1 Tbsp
Smart Balance Omega oil 1 Tbsp
ground cumin seed 1 tsp
cayenne pepper 0.25 tsp
chili powder 0.25 tsp

Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse and drain.


Dice tomatoes, chop peppers and red onion.


Thaw corn; cook in microwave for about 2 minutes.


Place pasta in a large bowl; add all other ingredients and mix to blend.


Chill for 1 hour before serving.
