This parfait is a great way to start your day. It's packed with Vitamin C and fiber.

ripe medium banana 1
fat-free, artificially sweetened, vanilla-flavored yogurt (divided use) 2 cups
ground cinnamon (optional) 1 tsp
whole strawberries, quartered 2.50 cups
grape-nut-style cereal, preferably with raisins and almonds 0.50 cup
1:

Add banana, 1 cup yogurt, and cinnamon (if using) to a blender and blend until smooth.

2:

Pour intofour wine or parfait glasses.

3:

Top each parfait with a rounded cup of strawberries, 1/4 cup yogurt, and 2Tbsp of cereal.
