Grilled Caribbean Chicken Breasts

|fresh squeezed orange juice||0.25|
|orange peel||1 tsp|
|olive oil||1 Tbsp|
|lime juice||1 Tbsp|
|ginger, minced||1 tsp|
|garlic clove, minced||2|
|hot pepper sauce||0.25 tsp|
|fresh oregano, minced||0.50 tsp|
|lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved||1.50|
In a blender, combine all ingredients except the chicken.2:
Pour the marinade over the chicken breasts and marinate in the refriegerator at least 2 hours or up to 48 hours.3:
Grill or broil the chicken for about 6 minutes per side until no trace of pink remains.
