Grilled Turkey with Garlic Sauce
Number of Servings: 6
Serving Size: 3-4 oz with 2-3 Tbsp sauce
You can also use this sauce to top chicken.

| garlic cloves, minced | 5 |
| lemon juice | 0.33 cup |
| olive oil | 3 Tbsp |
| paprika | 1 tsp |
| cumin | 1 tsp |
| cayenne pepper | |
| lb turkey breast slices, pounded until 1/4 inch thick | 1.50 |
| olive oil for brushing on turkey while grilling | 1 Tbsp |
In a blender, blend all sauce ingredients together.
2:Grill or broil the turkey breasts 6 inches from the heat source, brushing with olive oil to keep moist.
3:Grill on each side about 4 minutes.
4:Top each slice with some of the sauce (about 2-3 Tbsp per slice).
