Grilled Tuscan Chicken

| pepper (coarsely ground preferred) | 0.13 tsp |
| boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 4 oz each), all visible fat discarded, pounded to 1/2-in thickness | 2 |

In a medium nonmetallic bowl, stir together the lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, oregano, sage and pepper.
2:Add the chicken, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning once. Transfer the chicken to a plate and discard the marinade.
3:Meanwhile, lightly spray the grill rack with cooking spray.
4:Preheat grill on medium high. Grill the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink in the center.
