Grilled Tuscan Chicken

The flavors of Tuscany "lemon, garlic, oregano, and sage" brighten this marinated chicken dish.

white balsamic vinegar 1 Tbsp
medium garlic clove, minced 1
dried oregano, crumbled 0.25 tsp
dried sage 0.25 tsp
pepper (coarsely ground preferred) 0.13 tsp
boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 4 oz each), all visible fat discarded, pounded to 1/2-in thickness 2

In a medium nonmetallic bowl, stir together the lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, oregano, sage and pepper.

Add the chicken, turning to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning once. Transfer the chicken to a plate and discard the marinade.

Meanwhile, lightly spray the grill rack with cooking spray.

Preheat grill on medium high. Grill the chicken for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until no longer pink in the center.
