cloves garlic, minced 4

boneless, skinless chicken thighs 8

Preheat oven to 375°F.


In a bowl, combine honey, lemon juice, garlic, and pepper.


Coat chicken with honey mixture, and arrange in a baking dish. Bake for 40 minutes, until juices run clear when chicken is pierced.
