Hot Artichoke Dip

15 oz cans of artichoke hearts: canned, drained and chopped 2 garlic cloves, minced 2
olive oil 0.33 cup
fresh lemon juice 0.33 cup
tsphot pepper sauce 0.25
Parmesan cheese, grated 0.25 cup
ground bread crumbs 2 cups
dried oregano 0.50 tsp
dried basil 0.50 tsp
paprika 0.25 tsp
thyme 0.25 tsp

Preheat the oven to 350°F.


In a blender or food processor, puree the first five ingredients for 30 seconds.


Pour the puree into a large bowl; stir in the cheese, bread crumbs, and herbs.


Transfer the mixture to a 1-quart baking dish.


Cover the dip and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden brown.


Serve warm with crackers or bread.
