Jalapeno Peanut Hummus with Fresh Herbs

This spicy, creamy spread tastes great with fresh veggies or whole wheat pita wedges.

| garlic clove | 1 large |
| natural creamy peanut butter | 1 Tbsp |
| lemon juice | 2 Tbsp |
| water | 0.25 cup |
| sea salt, or to taste | 0.25 tsp |
| chopped fresh cilantro or flat-leaf parsley | 3 Tbsp |
Puree all ingredients except the cilantro in a blender until smooth, adding more water by tablespoonfuls only if necessary.
2:Top with or stir in cilantro and serve with raw vegetables or fresh whole wheat pita wedges.
