|fully-ripened peaches||2 large|
|organic fat-free peach yogurt||1 cup|
|sliced almonds, pan-toasted||2 Tbsp|
|fresh mint||4 sprigs|
Remove peach stems, slice peaches in half, and remove seeds.2:
Place each peach half onto a small plate, cut side up. Top each half with 1/4 cup yogurt.3:
Sprinkle with almonds and top with mint sprigs.
