Mango-Ginger Sorbet

| ripe mangos, peeled, pitted, and chopped (about 2 cups) | 4 |
| fresh grated ginger | 1 tsp |
| fresh lime juice | 2 Tbsp |

Combine the water, sugar, and no-calorie sweetener in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cool slightly.
2:Combine the sugar mixture, mangos, ginger, and lime juice in a food processor, and process until smooth. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze overnight or until firm. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving.
