Mango-Ginger Sorbet

granulated sugar 0.25 cup
granular no-calorie sweetener 0.25 cup
ripe mangos, peeled, pitted, and chopped (about 2 cups) 4
fresh grated ginger 1 tsp
fresh lime juice 2 Tbsp

Combine the water, sugar, and no-calorie sweetener in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Cool slightly.


Combine the sugar mixture, mangos, ginger, and lime juice in a food processor, and process until smooth. Transfer to an airtight container and freeze overnight or until firm. Let stand at room temperature 15 minutes before serving.
