Marinated Lamb Chops

Red wine and raspberry vinegar add a fruity flavor to traditional lamb chops. Tastes great with steamed vegetables or whole grain rice.

| Fresh ground pepper and salt to taste | 1 pinch |

Combine the first four ingredients.
2:Add the lamb chops and marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
3:Grill or broil the lamb chops until done as desired.
