|raspberry vinegar||0.25 cup|
|dijon mustard||2 Tbsp|
|Fresh ground pepper and salt to taste||1 pinch|

Combine the first four ingredients.2:
Add the lamb chops and marinate in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.3:
