Place the potatoes on a microwave-safe plate and cook 5 minutes, turn, and cook another 4 to 5 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork.2:
Meanwhile, place the barbeque chicken in a small saucepan and heat over medium-high heat, about 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. Remove from the heat and cover to keep warm.3:
Place potatoes on cutting board, cut in half lengthwise, top with equal amounts of the chicken, and then top with the sour cream and green onions.
