Mini BBQ-Topped Potato Halves

| prepared shredded barbeque chicken | 1 cup |
| fat-free sour cream | 0.33 cup |
| finely chopped green onions | 0.25 cup |
Place the potatoes on a microwave-safe plate and cook 5 minutes, turn, and cook another 4 to 5 minutes or until tender when pierced with a fork.
2:Meanwhile, place the barbeque chicken in a small saucepan and heat over medium-high heat, about 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring frequently. Remove from the heat and cover to keep warm.
3:Place potatoes on cutting board, cut in half lengthwise, top with equal amounts of the chicken, and then top with the sour cream and green onions.
