Oven-Baked Chicken Tenders

Kids will love these bite-sized morsels of crunchy chicken that are baked, not fried. Serve with Marinara Sauce.

| whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved | 2 |
| egg whites, beaten | 2 |
| whole-wheat cracker crumbs | 0.50 cup |
| dried basil | 1 tsp |
| dried oregano | 0.50 tsp |
| dried thyme | 0.50 tsp |
| fresh grated Parmesan cheese | 2 tsp |
| paprika | 1 tsp |
Cut each chicken breast into 2 x 1/2 instrips.
2:Dip each strip into egg whites.
3:On a flat plate or in a plastic bag, combine cracker crumbs with spices and cheese. Add chicken strips, and coat with the crumb mixture.
4:On a nonstick cookie sheet, place chicken strips side by side in one layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until golden and crunchy.
