Oven-Baked Chicken Tenders

Kids will love these bite-sized morsels of crunchy chicken that are baked, not fried. Serve with Marinara Sauce.

whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved 2
egg whites, beaten 2
whole-wheat cracker crumbs 0.50 cup
dried basil 1 tsp
dried oregano 0.50 tsp
dried thyme 0.50 tsp
fresh grated Parmesan cheese 2 tsp
paprika 1 tsp
1:

Cut each chicken breast into 2 x 1/2 instrips.

2:

Dip each strip into egg whites.

3:

On a flat plate or in a plastic bag, combine cracker crumbs with spices and cheese. Add chicken strips, and coat with the crumb mixture.

On a nonstick cookie sheet, place chicken strips side by side in one layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until golden and crunchy.
