Oven-Baked Chicken Tenders

Kids will love these bite-sized morsels of crunchy chicken that are baked, not fried. Serve with Marinara Sauce.
|whole boneless, skinless chicken breasts, halved||2|
|egg whites, beaten||2|
|whole-wheat cracker crumbs||0.50 cup|
|dried basil||1 tsp|
|dried oregano||0.50 tsp|
|dried thyme||0.50 tsp|
|fresh grated Parmesan cheese||2 tsp|
Cut each chicken breast into 2 x 1/2 instrips.2:
Dip each strip into egg whites.3:
On a flat plate or in a plastic bag, combine cracker crumbs with spices and cheese. Add chicken strips, and coat with the crumb mixture.4:
On a nonstick cookie sheet, place chicken strips side by side in one layer. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes until golden and crunchy.
