Perfectly Peachy Waldorf Salad

| medium peaches, pitted and chopped | 2 |
| walnuts, coarsely chopped and toasted | 0.33 cup |
| rib celery, diced | 1 |
| red bell pepper, diced | 0.50 |
| light mayonnaise | 0.33 cup |
| honey | 1 Tbsp |
| salt | 0.50 tsp |
| black pepper | 0.25 tsp |
| (2 oz each) whole-grain rolls | 5 |
In a large bowl, combine the chicken, peaches, walnuts, celery, and bell pepper.
2:In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise, honey, salt, and black pepper; mix well.
3:Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken mixture; toss gently.
4:Cover and chill for at least 2 hours, or until ready to serve with the rolls.
