potatoes, peeled, boiled, and cubed 2 cups
onion, chopped and diced 0.25 cup
light Italian salad dressing 0.25 cup
canola mayonnaise 0.50 cup
eggs, hard boiled and chopped 2

Wash and peel potatoes.


Cook potatoes in boiling water for about 30 minutes. Drain and slice into small cubes.


In a large bowl, combine the potatoes with all other ingredients and mix well.


Serve chilled.
