| onion, chopped and diced | 0.25 cup |
| light Italian salad dressing | 0.25 cup |
| canola mayonnaise | 0.50 cup |
| eggs, hard boiled and chopped | 2 |

Wash and peel potatoes.
2:Cook potatoes in boiling water for about 30 minutes. Drain and slice into small cubes.
3:In a large bowl, combine the potatoes with all other ingredients and mix well.
4:Serve chilled.
