Skillet Turkey Ham with Curried Apples and Onions

Serving Size: 1 slice turkey ham + 1/3 cup topping

|canola oil, divided||1.50 Tbsp|
|lb turkey ham, cut into 4 slices||0.50|
|finely chopped onion||0.50 cup|
|Gala apples (8 ounces total), halved, cored, and diced||2 small|
|dried cranberries||3 Tbsp|
|curry powder||0.50 tsp|
|ground cumin||0.25 tsp|
|orange zest||1 tsp|
Heat 1/2 tsp canola oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Tilt skillet to coat bottom lightly. Add ham; and cook 3 minutes, turn, and cook 1 minute more. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.2:
Add remaining 1 Tbsp canola oil to the skillet and heat. Add onion and cook 2 minutes. Add apples and cranberries and cook 4 minutes until the apples are tender crisp, stirring frequently. Stir in curry, cumin, and zest; remove from heat. Spoon evenly over ham slices.
