Skillet Turkey Ham with Curried Apples and Onions

Serving Size: 1 slice turkey ham + 1/3 cup topping

| lb turkey ham, cut into 4 slices | 0.50 |
| finely chopped onion | 0.50 cup |
| Gala apples (8 ounces total), halved, cored, and diced | 2 small |
| dried cranberries | 3 Tbsp |
| curry powder | 0.50 tsp |
| ground cumin | 0.25 tsp |
| orange zest | 1 tsp |
Heat 1/2 tsp canola oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Tilt skillet to coat bottom lightly. Add ham; and cook 3 minutes, turn, and cook 1 minute more. Transfer to a plate and cover to keep warm.
2:Add remaining 1 Tbsp canola oil to the skillet and heat. Add onion and cook 2 minutes. Add apples and cranberries and cook 4 minutes until the apples are tender crisp, stirring frequently. Stir in curry, cumin, and zest; remove from heat. Spoon evenly over ham slices.
