Steak with Brandied Onions

Serving Size: 2–3 oz steak with onions
This classic steak is great with a baked potato and a green salad.

| lean sirloin steak | 12 oz |
| low-calorie margarine | 4 Tbsp |
| garlic powder | 0.50 tsp |
| medium onions, sliced | 4 |
| chopped fresh parsley | 1 Tbsp |
| brandy |
Prepare the sirloin steak to your liking.
2:In a medium skillet, melt the margarine and add garlic. Add the onions and parsley, sauteing until onions are tender.
3:Add brandy and let simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer steak to platter, spoon brandied onions over the top, and serve.
