Steak with Brandied Onions

Serving Size: 2–3 oz steak with onions
This classic steak is great with a baked potato and a green salad.
|lean sirloin steak||12 oz|
|low-calorie margarine||4 Tbsp|
|garlic powder||0.50 tsp|
|medium onions, sliced||4|
|chopped fresh parsley||1 Tbsp|
Prepare the sirloin steak to your liking.2:
In a medium skillet, melt the margarine and add garlic. Add the onions and parsley, sauteing until onions are tender.3:
Add brandy and let simmer for 1 to 2 minutes. Transfer steak to platter, spoon brandied onions over the top, and serve.
