Swordfish with Fresh Tomato Sauce

Keep swordfish juicy and moist with this fresh-from-the-vine tomato sauce.
|lb swordfish steaks||1.50|
|fesh lemon juice||2 Tbsp|
|olive oil||1 Tbsp|
|white wine||0.25 cup|
|garlic cloves, minced||3|
|ripe tomatoes, chopped||4|
|minced thyme||2 tsp|
Marinate the fish in the lemon juice and olive oil for 10 minutes at room temperature while you prepare the tomato sauce.2:
In a heavy skillet, heat the wine. When it is slightly boiling, add the garlic and scallions. Saute for 3 minutes. Add the tomatoes and thyme. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes.3:
Remove the swordfish from the marinade. Grill or broil the swordfish for 3-4 minutes per side. Top with fresh tomato sauce to serve.
