Tuna Casserole

lb whole wheat penne pasta 0.50
margarine 1 Tbsp
all-purpose flour 1 Tbsp
nonfat milk 1 cup
pepper 0.50 tsp
Parmesan cheese 1 oz
6-oz can water-packed white albacore tuna, drained 1
paprika 1 tsp

Preheat oven to 350°F.


Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until al dente. Drain water.


Combine margarine and flour to make a roux. Cook in a medium saucepan over low heat for 5 minutes.


To roux, add milk, pepper, and cheese. Cook for 5 minutes, until sauce is smooth.


Combine pasta, tuna, and sauce in a casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika, and bake for 20 minutes.
