White Chocolate Pudding

Sweet and creamy, always a delightful dessert.
|Truvia natural sweetener||8 packets|
|fat-free milk, heated but not brought to a boil||2.50 cups|
|(2 squares) premium white chocolate baking bar (such as Ghirardelli), melted||1 oz|
In a heavy saucepan, combine the cornstarch, salt, and Truvia. Very gradually whisk in the heated milk, stirring constantly over medium heat until the mixture thickens, about 3 minutes (it should coat a spoon). Be sure to stir frequently so that the milk does not scorch. Turn the heat to low, and cook for 10 minutes, stirring constantly.2:
Remove from the heat, and whisk in the chocolate and vanilla. Pour the pudding into a medium bowl, and cover with plastic wrap placed directly on top of the pudding so that a skin does not form. Refrigerate for about 1 hour.
