| (15-oz) can sweet potatoes (yams), drained and mashed | 1 |

Preheat oven to 450°F.
2:In a medium bowl, combine the baking mix and cinnamon.
3:Add the sweet potatoes and milk, stirring until well mixed.
4:Roll the dough out on a floured surface to a 3/4 to 1-inch thickness.
5:Cut with a 2-inch biscuit cutter or a glass and place on a nonstick baking sheet.
6:Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
