Yellow Rice and Red Pepper Tosser

|medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced and cut into 2-in pieces||0.50|
|quick-cooking brown rice||0.50 cup|
|ground turmeric||0.13 tsp|
|of 1 oz package taco seasoning mix||0.50|
|chopped fresh cilantro leaves||0.25 cup|
|medium lime, quartered||1|
Heat 1 tsp canola oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Tilt skillet to coat bottom lightly. Add onion and cook 3 minutes or until brown on edges. Add 1 tsp canola oil and bell pepper; cook 3 minutes, using two utensils to stir.2:
Add rice, water, and turmeric to skillet. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.3:
Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 10-12 minutes or until water is absorbed. Remove from heat; add taco seasoning, cilantro, and remaining 1 tsp canola oil.4:
